I was born in Perth, Western Australia. Graduating from Western Australian School of Art and Design in 1996 where I studied Film and Photography. From there I decided to travel and see some of the world before committing to a career. The travelling never really stopped since this decision!

Since 2004 I have been somewhat more settled, living seasonally between the coastal village of Mortehoe, in north Devon, England, and the mountain village of Serfaus in Tirol, Austria. 2020 is my first year in one place for many, many years, and I have thoroughly enjoyed experiencing all the seasons rolling together here in Tirol.

After the season’s work in Summer and Winter I love to travel; gathering inspiration and experiences from the land’s nature, it’s flora and fauna, the people, culture, history, arts, architecture, music, food and beverages.
